Doulas who support clients through Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD)
End-of-Life Doulas work with individuals and families throughout the Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) process. They provide knowledge and experience that can help make a MAiD provision a more supported process.
We have compiled a list of doulas who help support clients through the MAiD process. The doulas who are listed here meet all the requirements for registered membership with the EOLDAC: they have up-to-date training by a recognized program, a clean criminal record check, completed a minimum of 40 hours experience supporting a variety of clients, and have agreed to the Scope of Practice prepared by the End of Life Doula Association of Canada.
This list is updated throughout the year and this version was compiled on March 30, 2026.
