Event Type

Join us as Tracy Chalmers shares insights from her book The Nature of the Journey: A Trail Guide for Companioning Your Person on the End-of-Life Journey. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, Tracy will explore practical tools, signposts, and rituals to support both those we accompany and ourselves. The session emphasizes slowing down, listening deeply, and leaning both in and out, offering care while also attending to our own circles of support. It is a practice of reflection, compassion, and community, honoring life, grief, and the tender, meaningful moments that connect us all.
