DESCRIPTION:Join us for a thoughtful and engaging educational session with 
 Rev. Stephen Garrett\, as he explores the unique ways men experience and e
 xpress grief. For generations\, many men have been taught to "be strong" a
 nd suppress their emotions. In this interactive session\, Stephen will exa
 mine how these messages have shaped men's relationship with grief and offe
 r practical\, compassionate ways to foster healthier expressions of loss a
 nd healing in community.\nParticipants will gain a deeper understanding of
  the roots of stoicism\, discover meaningful ways men can support one anot
 her through grief\, and explore how we can model healthy grieving for futu
 re generations.\nThis 90-minute interactive session is designed for End-of
 -Life Doulas\, caregivers\, and anyone interested in creating more support
 ive\, grief-informed communities.
